Return Policy: PassTime does not accept returns of any device that has been activated or installed on a vehicle. PassTime's return policy for unused, unopened devices:
- Within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- 30-60 days of purchase will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- After 60 days of the purchase date, returns are no longer accepted.
